Every Valise Noire journey starts with a deep understanding of who you are — your daily rhythms, what moves you, the kind of silence you seek, the details that matter to you. We then build something entirely unique from the ground up.

We recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks before your intended travel date. For complex, multi-destination, or high-season itineraries — particularly summer in Europe or peak periods in Japan, we recommend 3–6 months in advance.

When you enquire, we will send you our Valise Noire intake questionnaire. It covers: your destination preferences and dates, the length of the trip, your approximate budget, what you want to feel on this journey, your travel style and pace, accommodation preferences, dietary requirements, and any mobility considerations or daily routines you wish to maintain while travelling.
